Filled Chocolates & Truffles

These sensational chocolates were inspired by seasons, places and people. 

Same way as all of our other chocolates they are hand made in small batches using freshest natural ingredients without any artificial additives and preservatives. 

For our praline and truffle selections we are using premium quality Belgian chocolates and apart of some traditional,  also some contemporary ingredients too, such as oriental teas, exotic fruits and of course our Great Taste Award winner Sea Salted Caramal Sauce.   

We are thrilled to announce that our Miora chocolate had been awarded with Bronze at the Academy of Chocolate Award 2016 in filled chocolates / layered category.

This chocolate is probably one of our most ingenious creation, 65% dark chocolate filled with Madagascan wild voatsiperifery pepper flavoured extra dark (80%) chocolate ganache layered with raspberry confit.The Academy of Chocolate Awards is a highly anticipated event in the international chocolate calendar and every year receives more hundred entries. Judges were take place at Westminster Kingsway College London by jury panels. Judges included chocolate experts and buyers, pastry chefs, food professionals and food journalists.

The Academy of Chocolate was founded in 2005 by five of Britain’s leading chocolate professionals and campaigns for better chocolate and to promote a greater awareness of the difference between fine chocolate and the mass-produced chocolate confectionery.
